Source: This photo was scanned from a printed copy of the original photograph. The printed copy of the photograph appeared on page 16 of the July-August, 1981, issue of the West Plains Gazette, published in West Plains, Missouri. The photograph accompanied an article entitled "Myrtle Celebrates 100 years of Ozarks Living", by Clara Williams. The author acknowledged Daniel King as the source of the photograph.
Subjects: From left to right, the subjects in the photograph are Rozilla (Taylor) Hall, Eathel Caroline Hall, Ethel Anne Hall, John William Hall, Rev. Hiram Clinton Kirkpatrick, Tina Faye Hall, and Joseph Thomas 'Tom' Hall.
Date: The caption under the photograph indicated that the photograph was taken in 1910 or 1911. I believe those dates to be reasonable, based on the apparent ages of Eathel and Ethel Hall.
Place: In front of John William Hall’s home. This home was located about two miles east of Myrtle, Missouri.
Notes: None
