Deviled Eggs

This is not an old family recipe, but a slight variation of the Deviled Eggs recipe in the Better Homes and Gardens cook book.  Nevertheless, it's a great recipe.  Sue often makes these for family gatherings.

Ingredients:

12 hard-cooked eggs
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tsp vinegar
2 tsp prepared mustard
1/8 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp salt
2 dashes pepper

Directions:  Halve the hard-cooked eggs lengthwise.  Remove the egg yolks, and mash them in a bowl.  Mix the other ingredients with the mashed egg yolks.  Refill the whites with the egg yolk mixture.  Sprinkle additional paprika over the refilled eggs.  Refrigerate for several hours before serving.
